§ 20-1. Cemetery curfew.

  • Without the permission of the city clerk, it shall be unlawful to enter or remain in the city cemetery between dusk and dawn, which is defined as any time that it is so dark that an ordinarily-sighted person cannot read a newspaper without the aid of artificial or lunar illumination. The city clerk may establish and close gates on the cemetery streets in aid of the enforcement of this section.
